At E-Gyan application, we have customized pricing according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service at our website.
By (i) using the Website/App or any facility or Service provided by the Website/App in any way; or (ii) merely browsing the Website/App, You agree that You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy (“Policy“) and other applicable terms, policies and rules available on the Website/App.
This Policy is an electronic record and this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
•You can use payment methods like a Debit card, Credit card, UPI, or Net banking to purchase E-GYAN School Management License. Please check beforehand if any transaction charges are applicable on usage of these payment methods.
•Make sure that the information you have given or going to provide is accurate and correct to your best knowledge.
•E-Gyan does not provide any warranty or guarantee to any user for using third-party payment services or applications.
•The E-Gyan team or its services never accept any liability for damage, loss, or legal cost of the users by using these services.
•The refund on E-GYAN School Management Software will be processed within 20 to 30 business days.
•It will be transferred to the customer’s bank account only after receiving all the required information to process the refund. No cash refund requests will be entertained.
•Refunds will be processed only if the request is made within a month of purchase. After 1 (one) month, no refunds will be made.
•The decision of refunding the cost will be made solely by the E-GYAN (Bhanusha Infosoft, Indore) management based on the refund request and its authenticity.
•Upto 15% of the total cost will be deducted from the refund amount depending on how much service and support is already given to the client.
•If the buyer wishes us to add any data entries to the school’s database in the E-GYAN school management software, additional service costs will be charged for it.
•Domain/server purchased for the website is 100% non-refundable.
•Website development costs are partially refundable based on how much work has already been done.
